Three blocks from the small town of Fish Hoek's sandy beach and 30 kilometers outside Cape Town, this recent addition to the 1930s built Avenue Hotel is set apart from the main building by a quaint courtyard. All are presented in rich, autumnal color schemes with complementary oak fittings and offer the comforts of bathrobes, slippers and tea and coffee makers.
Constantia House has an exclusive private lounge which can be used for both business meetings or for relaxing time, while also offering guests full use of all the facilities available to those staying in the main property. These include a traditional cigar bar, English- style dining room proffering the occasional South African specialty, and an accredited in house guide, who customizes personal tours to a myriad of Cape Town's destinations, such as the world famous Cape Point, the historic Simon's Town with its penguin colony and Cape Town's city center. Guests notifying the hotel in advance can take advantage of an organized shuttle service to and from Cape Town International Airport, driving time between which is 45 minutes at a distance of as many kilometers.

| From Cape Town International Airport:
Follow the blue sign Cape Town-N2. Continue straight on the N2. Then get into the far left hand lane while approaching a turn off to the left saying Muizenberg-M3. Take the turn-off and continue straight down the highway to the end of it. Turn left and continue to a T-junction, keeping in the right hand lane. Turn right at the T-junction and continue towards Fish Hoek. Upon entering Fish Hoek continue down the Main Road until you get to a traffic circle. Continue right around the traffic circle and exit towards Kommetjie. Take the first right turn-off into First Avenue. The hotel is on the left hand side opposite Nieuport apartments.
